Seer,Indian Government and Gold

So,almost for past few days everyone in India must have heard about the Gold Excavation that going on in full Swing at Unnao in UP..Now from Where did the Government came to know about the Hidden Treasure beneath a Fort..Well as we all know in India Spiritual Gurus holds a special Status Quo,for example take the case of Asaram Bapu(who is currently in jail though :-P)..Now in this case another Seer named “Shobhan Sarkar” claimed to have dreamt of 1000 tonnes of gold is buried in the remains of the fort of Raja Rao Ram Bux Singh in Daundiya Kheda village of Unnao district in Uttar Pradesh and it that was not enough he furhter dreamt of 2,500 tonnes of Gold buried in an ancient temple at Adampur village, around 200km away in the district of Fatehpur…

And Surprisingly he was also able to convince the Government about this and persuaded them to dig both the Places..So now the status is Gold Excavation is at full Swing and making a Mockery of India out of all these…

I can understand that spiritual gurus are uneducated,so they dream such things but How can ASI(Archaeological Survey of India) that is full of educated lot can believe in such facts and destroy the Archaeological Sites that they were suppose to preserve…Really pathetic Government we have and with this kind of Government,Seer’s India is only bound to get mocked and nothing else..

A simple thought to The Indian Government–The Gold if it really exist is in India only but What about all the Black Money that you guys have earned by fooling Indians,The trick is good to deviate Indians from the main issue but such things will simply destroy India’s Rich Cultural and Traditional Heritage and will make India a laughing stock…Indian Government–If you can’t do anything good you don’t have the Right to do the worse..

And a Strip to our Unfaithful Government of India….

Voters Right to Reject all Candidates–Landmark Judgement By SC

On Friday one of the landmark judgement by SC powered the Voters with the Right to reject all the candidates mentioned in the Ballot Machine(Electronic Voting Machine)…I must appreciate SC for some the recent Landmark Judgement but this one is above all…Kudos to SC.. 😀

Now What the Right is all about–Read On

Supreme Court-The Highest Judicial Forum and Final Court of Appeal in India on Friday in a landmark judgement for the first time provided the option of casting a negative vote to the Voters if they find no suitable candidates.

In a democracy like India such judgement and right is very much appreciated especially at the current moment when Politics is full of Corrupted Politicians.A much appreciated judgement before the General Elections in 2014.

Supreme Court has asked the Election Commission to provide the option of “None of the Above “(NOTA) at the end of the list of the Candidate’s in Electronic Voting Machine(EVM’s).

SC said–“If right to vote is statutory right, right to reject candidate is fundamental right of speech and expression under Constitution”.

With these Power the citizens will be able to do much more justice to their votes and I believe will use this Right in for the betterment of India.

Please share the news as much as possible as everyone should know about this right.. 🙂
And here is the Highlights of the Judgement passed as appeared on Times of India

Fuel Price,Indian Politicians and CommonMan

With the midst of rising the Petrol Prices and the proposal of curfew hours for filling stations to slash consumption by the petroleum minister Veerappa Moily,he had to withdraw the proposal amidst loud protest..So,TOI scanned through the Delhi Govt. officials fuel allotment i.e. how much they can use per month without paying any fuel charges..Check out this article.

The fact is Delhi CM and her 6 minister gets 700 ltrs and other ministers and officials gets around 400 ltrs to 200 ltrs monthly as per the article. And look how politely Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said “These entitlements are enough and if they use more they have to spends from their pocket”…She appears so humble.. 😛

Instead of providing free fuels I guess govt should start the Bus Pooling facility from every ministers house to their Offices at least that will save lots of fuels..

Now the politicians are getting so much of facilities and common man is dying like anything out of inflation….This is our Developing India 😦

My Interpretation on this..Check it out.. 🙂

A Typical Scene of our Politicians-Mrs.Sonia and Mr.PM

I guess everyone is aware of the fact that Mrs.Sonia Gandhi is out of India for her health check up in The US.This happened few days ago when she was rushed to AIIMS last Monday after she complained of chest pain and exhaustion in the Lok Sabha during the discussion on Food Security Bill when it was in the last stages of adoption.I guess Politicians in India are pretty good actors too.. 😛

Now here is the typical scene I interpreted as Sonia Gandhi from The US talking to Mr. Manmohan Singh in Delhi..Check it out and have fun.. 🙂

And I guess the main reason Politicians look for scams as they have to pay for their Medical Check-Up.. 😛

With all said and done..I wish Sonia Ji to get well soon and fly back to India and stop fooling Indians.. 🙂

Now This Is Fun-A Way to Protest

I guess everyone has heard about Political Satire coming up every now and then..and if you search the net you are sure to find many such sites.Recently there was a site called narendramodiplans.com just to make some decent satire on Politicians which was fairly constructive as per the owner of the Site…The Site was nothing more than playing with JavaScript if I have to be precise and as the Site Creator stated “In a country with freedom of speech,I assumed that I am allowed to make decent satire on any politician more particularly if it’s constructive. Clearly, I was wrong.”

I guess he is clearly wrong as Freedom of Speech in India is only for those who have the power and I believe that Site Creator is nowhere close to power(Even I am not close to any Power–So Please Don’t poke me ;))..The Site was launched 17th July 2013 and got 60,000 hits in just 20 hours before it was taken down with a note of the Site Owner…Now that is pretty amazing–I guess India is getting  more and more capable in browsing the Net.. 😉

But little did I know that ideas are born not to die but to grow into an Adult and that’s what exactly happened–Two Friends from Mumbai–Web designer Alexander Gounder and Blogger Vidyut Kale got the domain and the site is up again and running so Take a Look at  narendramodiplans.com..Now again here is the magic of JavaScript and I guess as far as People are aware of technologies they shouldn’t get irritated by this at all….Now isn’t it is a real Fun way to Protest…I guess it is 🙂

News Courtesy–Times of India

P.S–As I said I am no close to any power, although I am an Indian Citizen please spare me if I have breached the Freedom of Speech Right.

And as always my Interpretation on this…A Cartoon Strip.. 🙂

India-Population,Pollution and Corruption-A Solution-Part I

Few Days ago I wrote a post on the 3 issues that India is facing that is Population,Pollution and Corruption.

If you want to check that post here it is

In this post I will try to highlight the possible solutions in tackling these 3 issues if not completely eradicate them. This post is written on the basis of a very insightful comments I received in my previous post from Rachna and Ritesh

India is developing at a rapid pace and it’s development started way back from 1980’s if I am not wrong and still we are developing.India has set 2020 as the target to get tag of Developed Country but the present scenario speaks a very different story of India becoming a developed country by 2020.No,I am not a pessimist and I really want the name of India to be on the developed list but to become a developed country we must first tackle the 3 main issue I mentioned because as for me I sense these 3 issue to be main threat in India’s Development.
So here I provide some possible solutions for these issues and countrymen be with me for making India Developed.

1.Population:-

  • First of all there is a law in India to have not more than 2 children for any couples but this law is hardly implemented whereas In China if a couple has more than 1 child it is considered illegal and they have implemented it utmost perfection.
  • Eduction-It is one of the most important tool.In India education system is pathetic,it is not able to the reach mass especially the rural population,so I believe it is not only the responsibility of the Government but also the Educated Indians to make them aware about the various issues related to population.
  • Use of contraceptive devices.Contraception, while not infallible, drastically reduces fertility rates, often with minimal expense. While contraception and education about using contraception is widely available in rich countries, people in poor countries may not have access to simple contraceptive methods like condoms,or even don’t know what they are.
  • Child Adoption should be encouraged.A couple can give birth to one child and if they want they can adopt another,in that way the orphan will get a home and it will also add to controlling population.

In 2009 Health and Welfare Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad said that in order to control population–“If there is electricity in every village, then people will watch TV till late at night and then fall asleep. They won’t get a chance to produce children,” Mr Azad said at the time. “When there is no electricity, there is nothing else to do but produce babies.”

So,I guess the development and education of rural population in India will be very much beneficial in controlling population.

2.Pollution:-As I said in my previous post there are 3 major types of pollution Air,Water and Noise and now Soil pollution is also on the rise.Pollution not only hamper the Environment but also the Human race.

In order to control Air pollution we should make the environment greener and should plant more and more trees. Not only the Government but also the Public must cooperate in this regard. We should minimize the use of Private Vehicles and should use Public Vehicles wherever possible. We should opt for Car Pooling in major cities.Better off, walk or cycle to school! It does wonders to the environment, reduces the amount of air pollution and noise, and makes you fit! The Law on Vehicle Emission and Emission from Industries should be enacted strictly.

For Noise Pollution–Do not use car horns unnecessarily.Areas like hospitals and campuses are silence zones and honking is prohibited there.Avoid loud music, which hurts your ears and others’ ears.Firecrackers are extremely loud, so don’t try and burn them unnecessarily.

To minimize Water Pollution–Sewage should be treated before it is discharged into the river or ocean. This is possible through modern techniques.Modern techniques are widely available but we least make use of it,there should be procedural check before sewage are dispensed into water bodies.Laws should be strictly implemented in this regard.Waste food material, paper, decaying vegetables and plastics should not be thrown into open drains. We Indians have the tendency of not using the Dustbin and throwing households wastages in open drains and water bodies. These should be minimised.Effluents from distilleries, and solid wastes containing organic matter should be sent to biogas plants for generation of energy.Oil slicks in water bodies should be skimmed off from the surface with suction device.Sawdust may be spread over oil slicks to absorb the oil components.Promoting health awareness programmes in localities showing the deadly effects to Water Pollution should be organised.Construction of soundproof rooms for noisy machines in industrial and manufacturing installations must be encouraged.Vegetation (trees) along roads and in residential areas is a good way to reduce noise pollution as they absorb sound.

Soil Pollution–It is defined as the presence of materials in the soil which are harmful to the living beings when they cross their threshold concentration levels. To minimise Soil Pollution we must look for proper ways of Watse Management. This is the job given to Panchayats in villages, municipalities in towns and cities. However, each one of us has to do our bit.Avoid Plastic bags and Polythenes and if used they shuld be recycled effectively and should not be dumped in Soil as they are non-degradable.Use of biodegradable products wherever possible.Use of pesticides and insecticides should be minimised and There should be plantation of trees on large scale.

That’s all for now.In my Next post I will discuss about possible prevention of Corruption. The Information provided here is a mixed bag of Internet Research and My Views.

Over to the Public with a Cartoon Strip… 🙂
