A misty morning welcomed us on our Elephant Safari at Kaziranga National Park.Chilled winter time filled with Dense Fog..
The above picture was taken when we were about to reach Cherrapunji…The flower with the Rain Drops looks so magnificent.
A kind of wild flower..On our way back from Cherrapunji..Locals said that these Flowers serves as one kind of eateries…Though wild they still deserve a second look.. 🙂
India celebrated its 69th Independence Day yesterday..Me and 3 of my friends also took part in the flag hoisting ceremony in Guwahati which was undertaken by the Chief Minister of Assam..
After the flag hoisting ceremony was over,it was a long day for us..So we decided to head on to “Scotland of the East”-Shillong.
4 friends and two bike and a trip to remember…
On the Way to Shillong-It is about 100kms from Guwahati and while driving you will feel the Nature so close to you..
Our Handsome Ride..Just an amazing ride it was
I have been to Shillong before but Bike trip was something different,it was like feeling the nature so close..Shillong not only has a happening life but also an environment friendly life..The Air is so pure with the Greenery all around, you just don’t want to leave Shillong.. 🙂
Umiam Lake(Barapani) is a great place to halt before reaching Shillong,A great place to hang out with facilities like Boating and if you plan to stay in Barapani then try The Orchid Lake Resort…
And Shillong is yet to Come.. 🙂
Nature never fails to impress us everyday in its own way….
